Essential Duties:
Compiles and tracks HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), recruiting system, financial systems, and various sources of market labor data.
Conducts cost analysis and forecasting associated with benefits, payroll, and compensation practices.
Evaluates data and metrics to identify trends and presents findings to senior management
Develops and delivers specialized reporting and analysis to business leaders as requested
Completes routine audits of HRIS system data to ensure data integrity and compliance
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Assists in payroll calculations and analysis
Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of analyst experience in HRIS, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, or related field.
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel; familiar with advanced functionality such as complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, data models.
Experience creating SQL databases and queries preferred
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of various Human Resources processes, particularly in the areas of payroll, talent acquisition, performance management and compliance
Highly organized with attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while continuing to meet established deadlines
Team player who is self-motivated to seek out new skills and develop approaches to problems.
Ability to learn new software and technology.
