As a Talent Consultant, you are an advocate, coach, and field-expert for your candidates and your clients – providing them with data-driven solutions, timely feedback, while promoting the company brand and company culture.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and grass roots recruiting plans. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events.
• Qualify candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation, coaching for specific roles
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• With Branch manager, build and maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition
• General knowledge of the branch’s financial objectives and current status (revenues, average GM, costs, impact of DSO, workers comp etc.)

• Extremely organized and understand the value of streamlined recruiting methods
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Possess a can-do/solutions-oriented attitude
• Must be bilingual
