ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Long Beach, CA area/surrounding area as they will be required to manage an external client territory/book of business within the area.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
The nature of what you do every day will not change — your #1 goal is to help clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you’ll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $66,560.00 – $113,700.00 / Year
