QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 3 + Years of Directly Related Experience Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Ability to influence and lead a team with multiple responsibilities and representing multiple departments. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders Support Business Process Improvements through innovative and big picture thinking. Experience in Banking Operations environment is preferred. Finance and/or accounting background. Experience with Excel spreadsheets. AAP, CTP or CPP certifications desired Intuitive by nature, proactive and demonstrates problem solving skills and strong analytical skills. Effective organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Anticipate and plan accordingly for process failures. Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management. Reviews daily processes, analyzes and recommends business process improvements. Creates monthly situation reports to provide senior leader updates. Ability to create process flows and Power Point, Visio presentations. Understand system processes and flows and impacts to business.
