Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a culture where the employee comes first
· Ensure that all employees understand the company protocols for keeping people safe during COVID
· First point of contact for all COVID related illnesses, quarantines, testing, contact tracing, and advisement on travel; includes maintaining a daily attendance log
· Ensure timely communication with supervisors on impact to their team
· Ensure timely responses to all employee related concerns
· Maintain the COVID Dashboard for bi-weekly discussion with leadership
· Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained with the vaccination status/proof of each employee
· Ensure compliance as applicable with the ETS and the workplace policies and procedures established to implement the ETS
· Perform other HR related administrative duties as time permits
Skills and Education:
· The position will require responding to employees and managers with rapid turnaround times for communication, initiation, and completion of assignments
· The position will require daily use of a computer, telephone, or cell phone and access to a secure internet connection
· Strong Office Knowledge and Calendar Skills
· Proficient in Paychex preferred
· Previous experience in Human Resources preferred
