What You’ll Do
Leads the HR Central Coordinators and day-to-day HR initiatives: corporate policies/programs/procedures, performance management, etc.
Serve as a process expert in all tasks and activities of the HR Central Coordinators
Train all HR Coordinators and HR Partners on existing and new processes and assist in communication of process changes to pertinent stakeholders
Responsible for quality of interaction and accuracy of information provided to employees by HR Central Coordinators
Manage schedules and ensure service level agreements of HR Central Coordinators are maintained
Develop and drive people initiatives within the center, manage some large projects and provide stakeholder and team member customer support
Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and both customer and employee experience
Audit HR Central Coordinator processes & procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Operate with integrity, grit and fun while serving as a cultural ambassador
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree
Prior people leadership experience, preferably managing multiple direct reports
5-7 years of HR experience preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a generalist capacity advising and influencing business partners
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; High quality document and report preparation
Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
