The Opportunity & Responsibilities

• Full time, Monday – Friday, no weekends
• Salary & competitive commission structure
• Opportunities to earn bonuses
• Outside sales executive
• Multitask and work independently at a fast pace
• Problem solve and establish long term solutions
• Grow and develop long term relationships
• Identify business opportunities proposing excellent revenue potential
• Negotiate and quickly close business
• Effectively manage accounts
• Solicit business from potential customers
• Cold call and follow up on leads

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• 2 to 5 years sales experience
• 2 to 5 years logistics experience with heavy emphasis on LTL and 3 PL selling
• Experience in selling LTL – FTL – NVOCC
• Knowledge of Tampa industry base
• Honesty, Integrity, drive, and focus
• Goal oriented, super self-motivated, hard headed
• Personable and great at creating relationships
• Excellent presentation skills
• Problem Solving and negotiation skills
