Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this visible and engaged position will join the HR Business Partner Team which engages in designated areas of our business to lead the delivery of our talent programs. Partnering with our HR functions, this leader will enhance and implement our employee relations, talent planning & acquisition, performance management, learning, employee & leadership development, and total rewards programs to cultivate the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with business leaders to translate the operational strategies into specific talent strategies and tactical priorities
Lead the enhancement and execution of performance management, talent assessment, succession management, and learning programs and processes
Provide effective employee relations support on human resource matters through strong execution of our employee relations programs and providing balanced counsel, policy evaluation and implementation, and conducting confidential investigations where required.
Facilitate our recruiting and on-boarding processes to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our business objectives
Support the evaluation and leveraging of our total reward programs to ensure their alignment to the business strategies and understanding of employee team members.
Collaborate and partner with the balance of the HR team in achieving our functional strategies and priorities
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of focused and relevant HR Generalist / Business Partner experience with additional experience in other HR disciplines preferred.
Broad and strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with leaders through strong business acumen to achieve business objectives through talent programs
Focused experience in building and executing professional, functional, managerial, and leadership learning and development programs
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline
The successful candidate must bring high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team
A collaborative leader who is confident and assertive in style, but respectful of others. Team-oriented with the ability to build deep relationships and earn the respect of others
A strategic thinker who possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills needed to effectively share and engage the entire organization in the key strategic and operational talent initiatives of the Company
