Based in Westminster Colorado, this incredible team is looking to add a highly motivated and passionate person to lead recruiting and team member success activities. This role will be based in Westminster Colorado and an ideal candidate for this role will love not just the responsibilities but will also have a passion for the exploration, development, and settlement of space.
This position will be accountable for four key areas
This scope includesSupporting recruiting events
Targeted online recruiting using social network and other tools to find the right candidates for roles needed
Screening candidates for technical and culture fit
Supporting and training technical interviewers
Managing the hiring process – writing offers, answering questions, bringing on the right new team members
Managing on-boarding processes and support beyond the first day for new team members
Team Member RelationsSupport coaches and team members to create a productive and positive environment
Lead efforts focused on team member engagement and retention
Improve organizational development and effectiveness
Compensation planning, review, and strategy
Special projects
Learning and DevelopmentWe have a long-term vision and thus value long term investment in our team members growth. This role will be in charge of coordinating internal and external learning and development for team members. This includes organizing periodic lunch-and-learn activities, internally developed short courses, and helping team members to reach their personal learning and development goals

Serve as subject matter expert including general and functional market expertise, diversity and inclusion in hiring, industry trends, job knowledge, organizational structure, and ongoing business strategy in order to influence hiring decisions resulting in increased quality of hire. Complies with and informs process of all applicable employment recruitment and selection laws.
Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic expertise by monitoring and staying abreast of competitive landscape, industry trends, best practices, legal developments, benchmark comparisons.
