Advanced Systems Design is seeking an* ASP.NET MVC Developer for our client located in Montgomery, AL*.

Job Overview:
Seeking to hire an established Web Developer with experience in a variety of the more difficult Web tools and languages. The ASP.NET / MVC Developer will develop, maintain, and support applications for the organization’s Internet/Intranet sites. In this advanced professional-level role, the ASP.NET / MVC Developer will be responsible for the following:
- Develop, design, and implement new and continued Intranet/Internet-based software and database solutions through the design, build, and maintenance of efficient, reusable, and reliable code working with leading technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and support any database components necessary for the assigned application(s);
- Gather and analyze requirements;
- Program all or selected components of Web applications;
- Thoroughly test all created or modified application components;
- Document components and applications;
- Develop automation techniques to enable end-user content publishing;
- Program, test, and implement mapped graphic images, forms, and HTML pages;
- Design User Interfaces;
- Create system reports for end-users;
- Handle client browser support inquiries;
- Maintain links to external sites and accuracy of internal links while ensuring up-to-date information;
- Research, evaluate and recommend new Internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of experience building web applications using ASP.NET web forms, MVC, Web API, RESTful APIs, Web Services, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap frameworks
- 6+ Years of experience using C#, object-oriented programming
- 6+ Years of experience using SQL database development experience (Including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS)
- 6+ Years of experience with data services technologies such as Entity Framework, WCF, XML, JSON, etc
- Experience with branching and merging in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS);
- Proven experience using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of IIS setup and management;
- Must be experienced with programming languages and libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap.
- Must have experience using SSRS or RDLC for report development.
- Must have the ability to translate requirements into technical designs and functional code;
- Must be able to handle medium to large, complex projects that require advanced skill in multiple technical environments;
- Must have the ability to work cohesively within a team.
- Must have a strong work ethic;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and still pay attention to detail;
- Ability to work as a project team member but occasionally as a project leader.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the deployment process and the ability to create automated builds;
- The ability and temperament to mentor more junior-level technical staff.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.

Relevant equivalent work experience above the minimum required (10 years)

Pay: $90,000.00 – $102,000.00 per year
