Advanced Women’s Care of Pittsburgh, P.C. is looking for an experienced full-time surgery scheduler to join our growing OB/GYN practice.

The surgery scheduler will be responsible for scheduling a variety of OB/GYN related surgeries for our 10 provider practice.
Scheduler will communicate with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations, communicate with patients on authorization status, pre and post operative instructions and be in communication with the hospital scheduling department.
