This hybrid Recruiting/Administrative Assistant role affords ample opportunity for learning and professional development, broadening skills and OTJ capability across multiple functional areas, potential for supervisory and office management career track, and some fun!
REQUIRED:
1+ years full cycle recruiting, with strong preference for at least some defense/cleared industry experience, ideally on the contractor side
Proven knowledge of talent acquisition tactics and metrics such as volume sourcing, candidate pipelining, time-to-fill and interview-to-hire ratios
2+ years of experience supporting executives/busy leadership teams, ideally within government contracting
- College Degree in a business-related discipline preferred
- Proficient in O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint; capable of mastering advanced features of new software applications with ease
- Demonstrated knowledge of human resources, new hire onboarding and sensitive/demanding employee relations issues
- Mastery of professional written and verbal communication across all levels of internal and external clients, from staff to executives
- Exceptional attention to detail required for mastering communications, records management, staff timekeeping, calendaring, project tracking, presentations, facilities and vendor relations, as well as detailed special project assignments
- Black-belt organizational and prioritization skills across competing urgent priorities in a fast-paced, multi-office environment
- Capacity and drive to contribute and thrive in a fast-moving, complex business environment, taking ownership of multiple short and long-term projects; capable and resourceful to navigate unchartered waters with confidence, optimism and professionalism
- Can-do attitude to assist with any additional tasks, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
