Job Title: Partner Development Manager (Software and Product Partnerships IIoT)
Location(s): West Coast, North American (Seattle, San Francisco, Milpitas)

This position reports through the IIoT Group and drives innovation, collaboration, and growth with Domain Focused Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes.
- Incorporate independent software vendors (ISV’s) and System Integrators into partner ecosystem and customer engagement
- Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Advantech goals across rapidly changing industries.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
- Engage with several internal cross-functional teams to incubate, launch, improve, and scale features and user experiences across markets and functional areas – including Advantech software solutions (WISE IIoT)
- Manage existing programs & launch products, projects
- Track success of existing partners and develop plans to increase efficiency, effectiveness of partner program and utilize metrics to manage partnership relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales, business development and program management experience.
- Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
- Experience working within the enterprise software/hardware industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Product Marketing
- Experience working in IoT, Industrial Manufacturing, Transportation, or other related industries
- Experience utilizing Smartsheets and creating dashboards, reports in Salesforce
