Job description
AEL-Span/Walker SCM is looking for an experienced HR Manager for our operation in Enfield, North Carolina. We are looking for the right person who shares our philosophy of Operational Excellence on a daily basis. AEL-SPAN’s primary objective is to deliver the right part, to the right place, at the right time.
Summary of Position:
This position is to lead the local HR responsibilities and act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. Work with Operations Management team to process, provide guidance and to verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training, discipline etc. This position will report directly to the local on-site General Manager, with corporate HR as a directional resource.
