Do you have a knack for coordinating, organizing, and making connections?
We are looking for a HR Generalist who is committed to serving our patients and employees with compassion and integrity. As a HR Generalist, you will providing assistance to all staff, company-wide, to ensure all employment related processes and requests are overseen. You will also compile, maintain and audit employment processes and records to assure compliance with company policy and regulatory standards. May also administer and maintain regulatory employee benefit processes for Benefit Enrollment, Workers Compensation, Unemployment Benefits and employee safety requirements. You will also maintain computer entry of employee data from enrollment, status changes, and information changes in an accurate and and timely manner.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
EDUCATION: Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
LICENSURE: Not Applicable
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years experience in Human Resources preferred. Ultimate Software (UKG) HRIS and HR Experience in Health Care required.
SKILLS: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Working knowledge of Human Resource functions. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with experience in the operation of office equipment.
TRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation.
