AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Manager, Talent Management, North America to join its Talent Management team in Duluth, GA (Remote). Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our internal business partners.
Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Management, this Manager has regional ownership of Talent Management and plays a critical role in contributing to and supporting the development, implementation, promotion, and monitoring of talent management solutions. Working as part of the global Talent Management team, the role will lead talent related projects, designing, delivering and facilitating programmes, consistently looking for ways to improve, simplify and bring creative solutions to TM issues within the team and to the benefit of the organization.
The regional TM lead will partner closely with HRBPs and Talent Management across the region to manage all talent programs and activities (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession & Workforce Planning, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition).
What You Will Do
Lead Talent Management activities and framework at regional level to meet the organization’s business needs
Own the day to day management of Talent Management Processes (Performance Management, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Onboarding etc.)
Global ownership of one Talent Management Process
Plan and manage the design, development and implementation of talent related processes and programs. Contribute to or lead new projects in areas of expertise and in adjacent areas
Lead the roll out of new initiatives and monitor existing processes/programs in area of expertise
Provide deep content expertise, overall guidance and direction to other HR professionals and internal customers in the Talent management. As an expert, conduct assessments and make decisions and recommendations that may set precedents
Build partnership with HR Business Partners & Talent Management leads
Communicate and cascade the global talent management strategy and agenda
Analyze talent data on an on-going basis and provide insights to drive deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
Lead regional Talent Acquisition programs and support global TA initiatives
Partner with AGCO University to roll out global learning and development programs
What You Will Bring
7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in the talent management area, with a breadth of knowledge across talent management, talent acquisition and organizational development
Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization, ideally in an industrial environment
Degree educated or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
