Job Discription
In this role you will:
- Work Monday-Friday; 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Ensure efficient production and accuracy; document and record information; maintain safety
- Set up machines, materials, nests and programming per company standards
- Safely and accurately operate machines to produce metal work pieces
- Repetitively lift and place metal blanks or work pieces into bins and boxes
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications
- Read work orders to determine specifications, materials to be used, dimensions and tolerances
- Perform operator maintenance on machines
Requirements:
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds required.
- Ability to become a Certified Forklift Operator.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
