We are looking for experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to oversee full cycle hiring, shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. Successful candidate will have previous driver recruiting or sales experience, preferably in logistics fields.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify best hiring market areas
• Create and advertise available job opportunities
• Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
• Conduct background checks for qualified applicants using a variety of sources
• Follow up with newly hired employees about company meeting their expectations

Job Requirements:

• Proven working experience in HR, Recruiting, or applicable sales fields
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases
• Excellent communication skills and organization skills
• Proven success in using creative sourcing techniques to produce diverse, quality, potential candidate pools

• Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,000.00 – $124,800.00 per year
