MUST HAVE GRANITE EXPERIENCE in Telecom

JOB DUTIES:

-Responsible for Granite Xng database and FUZE database data fill

-Work with Sub-Market Transport Engineers to ensure equipment/paths/segments/work orders are created in Granite/Xng to document Transport design and initiate work to proceed

-Work with Sub-Market Transport Engineers to ensure FUZE data fill is updated to reflect Transport status/progression/design.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Granite Xng and FUZE

-Assure that standards and procedures are being adhered to

-Assist Sub-Market Transport Engineers with updating/tracking Transport initiatives

-Interface with other regions and departments including Assurance and project management team

-Experience with working with a cross-functional group of engineers, analysts and support staff

DESIRED SKILLS:

-Knowledge of transport backhaul networks

-Knowledge and experience with the following applications:

-Understanding of network backhaul facility layout including equipment layout

-Knowledge of Carrier Network equipment

-5-10 years in Telecommunications

-1-3 years’ experience in Transport circuit design

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From $35.00 per hour
