• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Manage & Dispatch;10 local drivers & 3rd party drivers
• Communicate maintenance w/ Maintenance department
• Understanding material flow
• Schedule local pickups via email and by phone with customers
• Manage spreadsheets in Excel; showing current freight rates
• Manage equipment including roll-offs, trucks, luggers, etc

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager 5+ years desired
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software including Microsoft & excel
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred, not must)
• Having Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or relevant certified on Logistic / Supply Chain (plus, not a must)
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities
• Ability to deal effectively with all levels within organization as well as with external parties.

Additional Information

• Salary $60k to $75k DOE
• 401k (Starts Day 1)
