Aimpoint Digital Hiring for Content Marketing Manager at Remote Full Time

Aimpoint Digital is a leading, fully-remote data and analytics consulting firm. We’re a dynamic team committed to solving our client’s most challenging business problems in partnership with the industry’s most innovative software providers. We’re seeking a proactive and strategically minded Content Marketing Manager to drive our content creation and content marketing initiatives forward.

What you will do

• Lead and execute the content marketing strategy, aligning with the Head of Marketing and other internal stakeholders Your strategic thinking will be crucial in shaping our content marketing direction
• Develop impactful marketing content to raise awareness, generate and nurture leads, and speed up the sales funnel
• Design and produce social media content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
• Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and analysis to improve our search rankings and organic traffic
• Develop and edit content assets – including blog posts, white papers, videos, email campaigns, drip campaigns, landing pages, case studies, event collateral, and webinars. Ensuring all content posted on the website is SEO-optimized
• Coordinate with key stakeholders in our data practices to develop content that aligns with our sales goals and messaging
• Create a social media calendar of scheduled posts
• Research and contribute new ideas to support content goals – let’s push the boundaries!
• Respond to and support new content requests from internal team members
• Utilize project management tools to manage and track content creation processes, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery
• Use analytical tools to monitor and optimize content performance

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years of content marketing experience
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven expertise in social media content creation
• Experience managing social media accounts, leading email marketing campaigns, and implementing effective SEO strategies with a proven track record of driving growth and improving organic traffic
• Excellent design and video editing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, is essential. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS is a plus
• Strong design skills and experience working with design software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva
• Experience using project management tools (like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) to organize and track work
• A data mindset: capable of tracking and identifying data points to help support content creation and strategy
• Proactive learning mindset; ready to adapt and implement new marketing tactics

This position is fully-remote; however, Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our new headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
