Ainsley Search Group is seeking a HR Generalist to join a Global Manufacturing Company located in the Montgomery County in IA. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent career advancement, company will develop the right individual to become the Plant HR Manager in the near future. *Report to Corporate HR Director and support day to day talent acquisition activities for the manufacturing plant; support hiring manager on developing job profiles and set up mutual agreement on job requirement, timeline and salary range.
*Sourcing, vetting and interview potential candidates based on job requirements; align candidate profiles with hiring managers’ expectation.
*Collect, process and analyze data related HR subjects such as performance, turnover ratio, compliance, etc., and recommend improvement plan.
*Collaborate with HR Director and the rest of HR team to execute HR projects, ensure project timelines are met and keep all stakeholder informed.
*Occasionally travel to different sites for HR meetings, training, etc.
*Perform HR Administrative duties include but not limited to: short-term disability, long-term disability, worker’s compensation, Employee Benefit, payroll.
*BA Degree in Business or Human Resource
*Recent 3 to 5 years’ experience as HR Manager, or HR Generalist.
*Ability to meet deadline with limited supervision.
*Excellent communication skills and people skills, able to hold employee accountable.
*Attention to details and client focus
*Able to pass background check and drug screen
