Immediate opening… seeking a seasoned, full time, Human Resources Administrative Assistant with a great work ethic to join our team! This position will perform human resources and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist leadership with daily business needs.
- Coordinate employee recruitment efforts to include sourcing candidates, interviewing, scheduling DOT drug screens & fingerprint appointments.
- Successfully onboard new employees. This will include submitting required applications for airport security clearance.
- Conduct new hire orientation and required training throughout the year.
- Maintaining accurate training records to ensure employees are compliant.
- Assist with the weekly billing of services provided.
- Perform all other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous human resource experience
- Previous training experience preferred
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
- Independent, self motivated
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent attendance
- Strong organizational skills
