Airosmith Development is currently seeking a full-time Telecommunications Construction Project Manager. This position will cover all construction activities leading up to and through construction projects. This position requires an individual to possess a strong understanding of back-up power supply for wireless communication facilities, including but not limited to:
SIGN-ON BONUS: after completion of the first 90 days of employment.
The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:
Responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to):
· Scrub Site Files:
− Review for current information: photos, current CD’s/as-builts, structural, mount analyses and mount mapping.
· Order Audits and Mount Mapping, (where needed):
− Complete ground audit – this includes complete photo package and review of existing conditions.
− Include measurements of all doorways and stair landing from building entrance to rooftop (if applicable).
· Review Audit Packages/Prepare for Scoping:
− Work with Project manager and team to complete Scoping Tracker with all pertinent construction information for scoping meetings.
· Scoping:
− Complete scoping session with client.
· Order Engineering:
− Provide equipment configuration worksheet, scoping notes to vendor.
− Review and redline CD’s, structural, permit drawings, etc.
· Constructability Review:
− Perform a constructability review of the proposed upgrade project site.
− Complete and submit BOM (Bill of Materials) for each site.
− Coordinate with GC and client for releasing equipment or kits from the warehouse.
− Complete closeout documents as required by client.
· The Construction Project Manager may be required to:
− Attend client’s weekly equipment call.
− Attend all team deployment calls.
− Coordinate with expeditor, as needed.
− Complete Site Tracker updates and upload all documents/deliverable to our server and clients database.
Requirements:
· Construction Project Manager position require at least five (5) years prior telecommunications construction management experience.
· Three (3) years relevant telecommunications experience with any of the 4 major wireless carriers.
· Demonstrate expertise in construction skills and general telecommunication industry knowledge.
· Must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, scopes of work, bill of materials, bid packages and closeout documentation.
· A valid state driver’s license.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus three (3) years of relevant experience.
