Job description
The HR Manager is a valuable resource for employees across all departments at Akeneo. You’ll actively contribute to the employee experience and HR strategy while managing HR day-to-day activities and administrative processes. This position will report to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities:
Support and help employees throughout their journey at Akeneo
Lead HR communications with new hires in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Advise and partner with managers to anticipate and address employees’ queries and needs
Help employees have a better understanding of the benefits package (healthcare, 401K…) and contribute to its continuous improvement
Facilitate training and development for employees
Collaborate with the Head of CSR to develop our D&I policy
Support the employees and managers through the onboarding and offboarding processes
Develop and maintain our local employee handbooks and other HR documentation
Contribute to global HR projects and processes.
Qualifications
You have +5 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in the software industry
You have strong knowledge of US employment law
You have experience being a business partner to managers
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build, engage and maintain strong relationships with employees from all levels
You are rigorous and have strong organisation skills
