We are looking for a Director of Network Success to enable our field team and the primary care practices they serve to adopt and advance value based care initiatives. Network Success is a new team at Aledade that identifies and promotes the most effective approaches and tools for achieving high performance in our ACOs. This means providing our network with the knowledge, tools, and support required to integrate effective operational practices across our customer base.
This individual will oversee a team focused on enabling our network to consistently adopt and improve tech-enabled workflows essential for value-based care. Successful candidates will bring deep experience in change management and the adoption of workflows and technology in healthcare settings, paired with deep empathy for providers and practice staff. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.
