Logistics Administrator: The Logistics Administrator will support and manage the logistics processes for Pritchard Financial. Responsibilities will include coordination of drivers and deliveries, administrative duties, answering phones and responding to emails.
Reporting Structure: Reports to Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Logistics Spreadsheet. Upload to Teams for easy access by all.
- Coordinate drivers for long and local deliveries, process payment to drivers and submit PO’s for expenses.
- Verify and enter invoices into QuickBooks from transport vendors.
- Coordinate rental vehicles, ensure proper service (oil change, detailing, etc.) is performed and maintain service records, process rental payments.
- Update the Rollback & Truck and Trailer calendar, schedule maintenance and file IFTA quarterly.
- Create PO’s for company payments.
- Send parts via overnight carrier to retail stores
- Track and document dealer plates for the commercial fleet division
- Initiate requests for Commercial Service Center for fleet sales
- Other duties as assigned

Experience & Knowledge:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years office software and equipment experience
- Transportation industry knowledge a plus
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Strong computer skills including experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and web-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information properly
