Responsibilities
- Work with leaders to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Master the marketing process to maximize success of the team.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred (not required)
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to memorize a script and properly articulate to home owners
- Excellent customer service experience REQUIRED
