Job Summary
Plan, develop, and execute a proactive talent acquisition, recognition, and retention strategy to build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified professionals for company positions, including for merger and acquisitions. Act as the subject matter expert, directly managing the talent acquisition process, serving as the key point of contact for applicants and hiring managers. Participate in the creation, development, and delivery of well-organized, comprehensive, and employee-centric on/offboarding, teambuilding and engagement programs integrating diversity and inclusion into the workplace culture.
Successful employees have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or another related field and five years of relevant work experience preferably in a high-growth, professional technology start up environment. Must be highly proficient in ADP Workforce Now, intermediate level Microsoft Suite skills, and operating with a high sense of urgency, professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
This is an exempt role and is a member of the Human Resources Department reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources with a work location of Raleigh, NC.
Allbridge is currently operating under a hybrid work model, allowing colleagues the opportunity to connect with others in person and the flexibility to work remotely. For some business groups and positions, job function requirements may require more time at the primary work location, while greater flexibility may be in place for others.
