Job Summary
Our thriving established OB/GYN and Aesthetics medical practice needs an experienced Office Manager who will coordinate the medical office and ensure that billing, scheduling and daily operational procedures are followed. We’re looking for a detail oriented self-starter with an interest in women’s health issues who believes that patients should be treated as person rather than a number in a file, and who understands the value of compassionate service. The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look patients in the eye and provide personalized service.
Our preference is a minimum 1-year history in working in / managing a medical office. This multi-faceted position offers a unique combination of office duties in both front and back office, so your day is never boring — from scheduling appointments, to scheduling surgeries, and interacting with patients.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and training needed. There is an abundance of medical experiences for the right candidate.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Assist in monitoring overall customer / patient satisfaction
· Answer operational questions and issues from staff
· Assist with hiring/termination when asked and training support staff
· Ensure that all requests from billing company are handled properly
· Maintain medical records and assist with medical record requests
· Perform employee performance reviews
· Manage employee disputes, working with providers and HR company as needed
· Oversee remediation of poor performance, and assist in disciplinary action when required
· Oversee support staff hours
· Be able to perform other support staff duties and fill in as needed
· Oversee and ensure timely response to clinical requests from patients, pharmacies, other offices, etc.
· Oversee ordering to maintain adequate office and clinical supplies
· Maintain records of provider licensing and credentialing and ensure these stay current

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
