Serves as subject matter expert in Behavioral Health and Quality Management interpreting regulatory requirements and coordinating processes to support requirements.2. Works with senior management to identify and develop health plan departmental objectives and strategies to maximize operations that support corporate strategies and initiatives.3. Represents AllCare Health Plans in business and community activities that promote the organization’s integration of physical, mental and dental health and enhances the organization’s community service partnerships.Education & ExperienceMaster’s degree (M.A.) or higher (PhD. or MD) in Behavioral Health or related field, requires four to ten years related experience and/or training.Five years of clinical experience and two years previous experience in Utilization, Case and/or Disease Management or Wellness preferred. Knowledge of CMS Guidelines, CPT Codes, HIPAA, current ICD Codes, Milliman Care Guidelines and NCQA preferred.Certificates, Licenses and/or RegistrationsThis position requires Current Board Certification in designated clinical field or Oregon License free of any restrictions or disciplinary action pending and able to legally and independently practice without the supervision of another licensed professional or eligible to apply for an Oregon MD/DO/PhD/LCSW license.
