Salary 60k per year
Qualified Candidate Responsibilities
- Create and send schedules to employees
- Schedule projects according to level of importance and urgency
- Communicate with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Communicate with staff to ensure all tasks are completed correctly for each job
- Order & track deliveries for roofing materials
- Ensure best pricing on materials
- Verify accuracy of orders delivered
- Track materials used on jobs & determine cause of material shortages
- Verify invoices from subcontractors from distributors for quantity and accuracy
- Build job files & work orders according to scope of work
- Monitor inventory levels for office and building supplies
Requirements
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Great communication skills both written/verbal, detail-oriented – Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Demonstrate Initiative, self-starter and motivational
- Strong communication skills
- Extensive experience with roofing industry
