Full Job Description
The position of HR Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering all company benefits.
DUTIES:
- Administer company policies/paperwork with regard to disability, FMLA tracking and life status changes of employees
- Coordinate daily benefits processing
- Handle new employee enrollment
- Conduct monthly benefit billing reconciliation
- Take the lead on benefit open enrollment
- Handle the carrier connections between the benefits carriers and ADP
- PREFER experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Administer all benefits and retirement program
- Ability to research and analyze benefits and related policies and laws
- Ability to work well in teams, interact with employees across the organization, and continue the hands-on approach
