We are seeking a medical front desk receptionist to join our team. The position offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

Answer and route incoming telephone calls appropriately.

Assist in gathering physician referrals.

Schedule patient appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.

Coordinate transportation for patients, if needed.

Assist with submission of pre-authorizations

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, day-shift

Required education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required experience: 2 years medical office experience.

Additional qualifications:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Must have excellent customer service and people skills

Must have familiarity with Electronic Medical Records

High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility

Well-organized with attention to detail and problem solving skills

Ability to multi-task effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
