Alliant Home Health is a clinician and Veteran owned, and family owned, company based in Colorado. We are seeking a Referral Portal Coordinator for Fridays and Saturdays to join our team and support our agency’s mission of helping our neighbors and friends with their in-home rehabilitation and recovery.

:
- Receive referrals and be able to approve for skilled home health care and process
- Work closely with Referral Partners, and Scheduling Department
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- Data entry skills, experienced and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- This is a 38-40 hour per week position located in-office at 12225 N. Pecos Street Westminster, CO.
