Allstate Leasing is currently seeking an efficient commercial vehicle titling representative. by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding commercial vehicle titles, that include the variety of title application that occur in commercial trucking such as Y plate, Farm plate and IRP. This along with interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues. In addition, position will be responsible for performing administrative work in answering telephones, interacting with guests, and data processing.

Commercial Vehicle Titling Duties and Responsibilities

• Verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding commercial vehicle titles, that include the variety of title application that occur in commercial trucking such as Y plate, Farm plate and IRP
• Interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.
• Responsible for performing administrative work in answering telephones, interacting with guests, and data processing.
• Responds to inquiries from employees, vendors and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department
• Performs administrative duties as assigned- including, but not limited to, planning meetings, scheduling, miscellaneous projects, etc.
• Processes vehicle titles with precise accuracy
• Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner
• Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues
• Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines
• Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Commercial Vehicle Titling Position Requirements

• HS diploma or GED preferred
• One year DMV Title processing experience
• Knowledge of DMV documentation requirements
• One year of customer service experience
