*
Co-ordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution. Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, directs, and manages Human Resources and Payroll department. Develops and implements human resources plans and personnel procedures and organizes all activities of the department. Maintains job descriptions and compensation programs and participates in administrative staff meetings.
