Responsibilities:
- Measure and evaluate student achievement based on testing.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Conduct classroom demonstrations and instruct students using research-based methods.
- Meet with other teachers to plan curriculum.
- Serve as a liaison between the community and schools, attending school events and encouraging parent involvement.
- Provide guidance to new teachers.
