We are looking for a talented professional that is agile, results oriented, and has a natural curiosity for solving problems to join our fast-growing supply chain consulting company. This is a new role to and will directly report the Sr. Managing Director of HR Solutions.
Who are we?
Alpine Supply Chain Solutions, based in Naples, FL with primary business operation in Bristol, WI is a supply chain consulting company driven to ensure their clients get the most value from their investments. We work with large and mid-sized 3PLs, warehouses, distributions centers, and other supply chain companies that need to optimize their facility operations. We have a team of about 30 employees and independent contractors all over the United States with a few areas of concentration in Dallas, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Western Suburbs of Chicago, and Florida. We pride ourselves on our quality of work, strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
What will I do?
Your job will consist of supporting our team by completing tasks that will help us deliver successful projects and through the execution HR related administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous exempt level experience as a front office manager or HR Specialist/Generalist would be an advantage. Skills we are looking for include:
A successful office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Our typical working days are Monday through Friday. Office hours generally range between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, with an hour for lunch and some work outside of these hours to accommodate our clients outside of the US may be required.
