MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Standards Governance, Define Standards Communication, Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards Deployment
Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations Deployment
Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, Contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, Improvement & Validation,
Define & Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Manage Workforce, Staffing & organization, World Class Manufacturing network
Prepare Budget, Manage Budget construction, Release Final Budget, Review Budget
Define performance KPIs, KPIs targets, Collect Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly KPIs
Provide Supply Chain inputs for Tenders
Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policies
