About the Position:
Oversee the organization’s operations, including facility planning, fulfillment, purchasing and finance, risk management, legal and human resources, IT and enterprise systems, and/or other business support functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a department or function through supervisors and/or senior staff.
• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
• Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
• Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers.
• Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services.
• Manage the day-to-day business operations in a service and goods organization

Supervisory Skills
This position directly supervises up to 20 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year experience in 2 or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour
