Position Summary:
This position is responsible for implementing the chapter’s volunteer-powered program delivery strategy and engaging with organizations to encourage community mobilization. The position goal is to significantly expand the reach of Alzheimer’s Association Community Programs. Measurable outcomes are increased volunteer engagement and expansion of community-based programs with emphasis on reaching diverse, underserved and under-represented populations.
Travel to the assigned territory is expected (30%-40% of time). Assigned territory for this role is the 38-county area around St. Louis and extending south to the Bootheel. Travel throughout the chapter 96-county territory may be required.
