As a Healthcare Recruiter for the Health and Human Services (HHS) division, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to meet the hiring demands of our clients. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Build a network of qualified Direct Support Professional candidates.
• Provide innovative candidate sourcing to develop a quality pipeline of talent.
• Develop solid recruiting strategies by understanding client’s requirements and translating them into successful recruitment solutions.
• Create and foster exceptional relationships with candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Answer incoming communication from healthcare workers and candidates.
• Make introductory phone calls to current healthcare staff and current candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals and co-workers.
• Assist prospective hires through the Credentialing process including but not limited to guiding them through online training, setting up medical screenings, verifying credentials, and performing background checks.
• Interprets, explains, and follows all regulatory guidelines, including medical staff bylaws, fair hearing plans, rules, and regulations, and policies.
• Collects all pertinent documentation, investigates, and reports all “red flag” issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in healthcare office or related fired preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize, time management skills.
• Must work well under pressure, ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work creatively, independently, as well as within a team.
• Competitive spirit and leadership ability.
• Results driven, self-motivated, sense of urgency.
• High standard of professionalism and ethics.
