Amber Specialty Pharmacy is expanding its salesforce across the United States and seeks a candidate for our Specialty Sales team, including locations in Chicago, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Vermont, Connecticut, Maine and New York. Amber Specialty Pharmacy seeks those who are relentless showing the right behaviors and attitudes to grow within an already established player in the Specialty Pharmacy industry. In 2020, we expanded our national network to 21 locations, as our organization opened 10 new pharmacies to respond to the needs of our patients and providers. We are seeking an Account Representative for Specialty Sales to serve patients across the country. You must find a way to be heard to sell the unique services we offer physicians for their patients. We have a robust compensation program with a blend of base pay and commission. The more referrals, the more you earn. Your reward for hard work is represented in your commission. We support our team, as we push each other to our highest potential.
The Account Representative maintains all direct sales (pull through) into Amber Pharmacy and grow the specialty pharmacy market share within designated territory. Maintain and manage relationships with all specialty and Infusion clients and partners. Responsible for maximizing sales by utilizing targeted market intelligence while maintaining positive momentum. Promote Amber Pharmacy as best-in-class while capturing and sharing market feedback. Focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with Amber Pharmacy staff and openly work with others throughout the company to allow for service flexibility and competitive approaches.
