What You Will Do

Responsible for creation and maintenance of care center records, including paper and electronic files. Records may include but are not limited to order tracking, obtaining face-to-face documents, additional documentation request preparation, and records management.

• Prepares patient admission packets.
• Processes orders, 485s, and face to face documentation. Ensures all documents are uploaded to the EMR on a timely basis.
• Manages and processes documentation for care center including, but not limited to, orders, paper visit notes, discharge, transfer and episode summaries and medication profiles.
• Maintains mobile device supply and equipment orders. Troubleshoots mobile device software/hardware issues.
• Administrative duties including ordering office supplies with Director of Operations approval, data entry, and billing functions when assigned.
• Responsible for security and maintenance of records, medical supplies, and employee credentialing documentation.
• Ongoing maintenance and uploading of credentialing information to employee records (e.g., license, TB, CPR, etc.)
• Pick up and deliver medical orders, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance.

Preferred

• Six (6+) months medical records experience in a clinic, hospital, or home health setting.
