Looking for an Accountant to join a well renowned non for-profit organization in Lancaster, PA. As their accountant you will be responsible for the accounting and financial operations of their affordable housing program and various real estate projects.
THE SKILLS SET NEEDED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with a concentration in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years real estate development and/or affordable housing accounting and budget experience with a strong understanding of accounting policies and procedures required.
• ability to work with and understand on-profit accounting required.
• CPA preferred
• Auditing experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
