JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities: – Actively recruit a high quality and diverse candidate pool for hard to fill positions through posting positions on recruiting websites, active networking, and other forms of outreach. – Play a leadership role in talent acquisition efforts for the department, which includes: full cycle recruitment – recruiting, sourcing and reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, gathering and recording feedback, and checking references, – Collaborate with the HR Director to streamline and standardize recruiting and hiring practices. – Work with hiring managers from various divisions of MOH. – Occasionally attend college/university and career fairs, and networking with other municipalities and government agencies – Attend weekly meetings providing updates on recruiting duties/hiring status. – May support the Director of HR on other HR duties as needed. – Performs related work as required.
