Acting under the direction of the Construction Accounting Manager for American Home Builders, Inc. the Construction Accountant is responsible for performing accounting assignments for American Home Builders, Inc., and affiliated companies. The Accountant is responsible for reviewing job invoices, researching and resolving coding questions. Input invoices and match with packing slips, prepare and monitor status reports for subcontractors. Prepare draw reports, prepare lien releases, prepare Cost to Complete Report, prepare financials, and other duties as assigned.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time/Exempt
CORE BUSINESS HOURS: 7:00 am-5:00 pm M-F
(Additional hours and weekend days may be needed based on the business needs of the company and/or project).
SALARY: $85,000/year (DOE)
