Job Summary:
Oversee assigned AEP business units’ staffing needs by maximizing the use of a wide range of HR resources to optimize support. Provide HR support to include staffing, policy/procedure interpretation, and compliance reporting. Responsible for managing Talent Acquisition operations, job marketing activities, vendor management, college recruiting and intern programs, coordination of reference check program and immigration activities.
Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy, monitor and track KPIs, set direction, priorities, and metrics to maximize engagement and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team.

Six years human resources staffing experience.

1) Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP) and/or AIRS recruiting experience preferred 2) Experience with Boolean search writing is preferred 3) Professional Human Resource certification such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional, etc. preferred 4) Continually works with the highly sensitive and confidential information. 5) Must be a skilled communicator capable of dealing with employees, managers, and representatives of regulatory agencies who will frequently be in an adversary role. 6) Some overnight travel required. 7) Previous experience coaching and leading others preferred
