We are currently hiring a Region Sr. Human Resources Director. The Sr. HR Director will act as a strategic business partner for the SouthWest Region along with providing specialized leadership in the areas of executive coaching, talent management, and leadership development. The Sr. Director will act as an executive coach for leaders across the region by mentoring and providing feedback to build leadership capacity and optimize team leadership which results in the region achieving its business goals. The Sr. Director will use knowledge of the talent and business in each market to inform talent management strategies and coaching methods that build and strengthen the bench of talent in the region. The Sr. Director will be a collaborative and trusted partner who works with National Center leaders and applies organization resources to drive leadership development across teams.
This position can work fully remote, or work from one of our Texas offices – Austin, Houston, Irving, Fort Worth, and San Antonio. The ideal candidate will live within Texas .
